We recently visited the charming Italian city named Verona, which is located in the Veneto region of Italy. Known as the setting for Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, Verona is a city that has captured the imagination of many over the years. With its incredible history, enchanting old town, and stunning architecture, this is without a doubt one of the most beautiful cities in all of Europe. In this blog we will discuss the best things to see in Verona and show you why this is a must visit destination for any traveler.

Arena of Verona

The Arena of Verona is one of the most iconic landmarks in Verona, and a true marvel of ancient Roman engineering. Built in the 1st century AD, this amphitheater is older than the Roman Colosseum and is one of the best-preserved Roman structures in the world.
